Dr. Phillips has done Texas proud! After graduating from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, she received her board certification and has been in practice since 1988. Her main area of interest is Medical Ophthalmology. She has a part time faculty appointment at Baylor College of Medicine and also has a medical degree in pharmacology. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, golf and traveling.
